There is nothing more sacred than being in that place of PEACE. When you have PEACE, it allows you to be open to receiving and hearing things you might not be able to get when there is chaos looming all around you. We must protect our peace as if it were our most prized possession, because, in fact, it is, as it represents our power. There will be people at work, or at home, or while out and about, who will try to siphon your peace. We must under no circumstance give it away. Once we lose our peace, we lose our power. One of the methods I use when dealing with people who would try to steal my peace, or my joy, is by killing them with kindness. There is no possible way that anyone can mistreat you when you are being nice to them, not while you are smiling and showing love.

The Word of God, as stated in John 14:27 states: “27 “I leave my peace with you. I give my peace to you. I do not give it to you as the world does. Do not let your hearts be troubled. And do not be afraid.”

Many of us use various techniques to acquiring peace, such as burning candles while doing the downward facing dog, or sitting cross-legged, and learning breathing techniques. However, none of these poses will give us the peace of the Lord.

Each and every day before I leave for work, I pray asking Jehovah Shalom to rest and abide within my spirit, so that His Peace will go with me no matter where I am. For as long as my focus is on the Lord my God, I will not be deterred by any distractions.

My peace is paramount as I walk the Pathway to Spiritual Rebirth.
