Wisdom Wednesday

Blazing Furnace

It’s interesting how you can have your mind-set to do one thing, and then God allows something else to happen. Well, normally, I post on time so that Wisdom can start Wednesday on a high and blessed note. I was so excited because I knew what I was going to write about; but, a turn of event in my life changed that.

I had someone to threaten me on my job the other day about a “DOG”! Sounds like nothing; but, add a few choice words. At first it didn’t seem like anything, after I thought about it, I figured I should report it to my corporate office; knowing this person carried a gun! I was sent to another location the next day so they could investigate the situation. The day after that, I didn’t go in at all. Something hit me that MY LIFE is very special and if no one else cares, I do.

I became emotional realizing that in a blink of an eye I could have left this earth; however, there were some revelations that took place:
• People who you think care…don’t!
• You have to live your life for you.
• You must obey God and follow your calling.
• Some people take your life and theirs for granted.
• Until you have a glimpse of death, it changes your whole outlook on life.

But, one thing I know, I serve a MIGHTY GOD and he is with me all the time. When God has a purpose for your life the Devil knows it too. This brings me to the following scripture:

Daniel 3:25 NIV “He said, “Look! I see four men walking around in the fire, unbound and unharmed, and the fourth looks like a son of the gods.”

When the enemy tries to hurt or attack you, God’s protection transcends anything we could imagine. We have to be thankful that our destiny is in God’s hands, not in human hands.

So as we live this life and on a Pathway to Spiritual Rebirth; we must remember that we are not in it alone, that God is with us.  Remember to live life to the fullest!
